Recorded on the rooftop of the Stade de France, the film is made up of about 2,000 frame holds of dancers re-enacting images from sports photography of significant games that have taken place at the stadium from 1998 to present. Awarded the Cultural Olympiad label by the Organizing Committee for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Broadcast on France.TV and screened at the Théâtre de la Concorde.
Madeline Hollander’s pieces have been performed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Joyce, the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, and the Louvre Abu Dhabi. She collaborated with Jordan Peele on his feature film Us (2019) and was the Stunt Choreographer and Movement Consultant on Christopher Nolan’s Tenet (2020).
